JB Cutting debuts new color matched components for EIR designs

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - At the 2019 Cabinets & Closets Conference & Expo, JB Cutting will be debuting multiple color matches to major TFL (melamine) manufacturer’s new lines of EIR (embossed in register) designs across all product lines.
 
JB Cutting is a full service manufacturer of three-dimensional laminate (thermofoil) and five-piece cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and accessories. Some of the company's product lines include:
 
  • Benchmark Collection – 3DL (thermofoil) components
  • Endurance Collection – 3DL (thermofoil) components with increased durability
  • Craftsman Series – 5 piece polyester wrapped doors and drawers
  • Artisan Series – 5 piece edgebanded doors and drawers
Primarily a wood fabricating operation with CNC, edgebanding, thermoforming and panel processing capability, the company specializes in made-to-order finished MDF-core components that are complimentary to store fixtures, healthcare furnishing environments, residential kitchen and bath, and home storage.
 
Projected to be complete by 2019, JB Cutting has recently invested in a $2M expansion of the pressing area including the purchase of two additional nested base routers and press. Through a solid leadership team and having capacity to grow, the company is looking forward to continued growth and says it has aggressive plans to double the business by 2025.

CCF Industries and KCD Software join JB Cutting as sponsors of the 2019 Top Shelf Design Awards reception to be held March 7 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina.
