Trouble-free alignment: Häfele takes plinth leveling up a notch
LAS VEGAS - Thanks to the new Axilo Plinth Adjusting Fitting System, Häfele says the installer has a view of the level at all times for trouble-free alignment. It allows for plinth leveling in just a few manual operations as the adjusting tool acts as an arm extension. The system is a winner of a 2019 AWFS Visionary Award.

Häfele devised the Axilo Plinth Adjusting Fitting System to level cabinetry without the uncomfortable mix of shims or adjustable cabinet feet and a level, making the system easy, convenient, and efficient. With the arm extension, the company says there is no more bending, crawling, or stretching as it is capable of reaching the rear feet of the plinth as well.

Complementing the Axilo Adjustment Feet, the arm extension can be used to rotate the feet by hand or by using a cordless screwdriver with the system’s quarter-inch bit holder. Also, the adjusting tool can be applied and operated from nearly any angle and can be used for plinth heights of 50 - 220 millimeters (2 1/6" - 8 21/32").

The AWFS Visionary Awards recognize creativity and innovation and are evaluated on quality, production impact, practicality, innovation, and user-friendliness.
