Visionary products take home coveted award at AWFS Fair

Nine, yes nine, exciting products were honored July 23 as winners of the AWFS 2025 Visionary New Product Awards. One more than was expected.

“I’d also like to present nine winners of this year's Visionary Awards," said Angelo Gangone, executive vice president of the AWFS Fair. Yes, nine winners, not eight. ”This is the first time this has ever happened, but we have a tie in one category, so that category got two awards instead of one.”

  • The winners are:

Better Vacuum Cups Inc. for the SS series vacuum cup

The best of the best
These winners beat out the thousands of products on the show floor to create a list of 21 finalists. From that list of finalists, the nine winners were selected in seven categories. The categories were components; software; tooling; machinery under $50K; machinery over $50K; power tools, and a general category. (Two awards were presented in the software category due to a tie. Two awards were presented from a General Category.)

The Visionary New Product Awards recognizes exhibitors for innovative and new-to-market products, including any product that has been introduced to the industry since the last AWFS Fair in 2023.

Winners were selected by a panel of third-party judges. The judges looked for creativity and innovation, and evaluated the products on quality, production impact, practicality, innovation, and user-friendliness.

Here is a closer look at the winning products in each of the seven categories.
