NLB announces call for entries for the 2026 Lighting Transformation Awards

The National Lighting Bureau announced a Call for Entries for the third annual Lighting Transformation Awards. This program, co-sponsored by the International Association of Lighting Management Companies (NALMCO), recognizes excellence in lighting retrofit projects – defined as those projects involving minimum alteration of existing building materials.

Trump refuses to sign bipartisan housing affordability bill

UPDATE: Housing bill automatically became law after Trump did not veto the legislation. President Trump has refused to sign the housing bill despite the legislation passing both houses of Congress with overwhelming majorities. Despite his remonstrations, the bill could still become law if Trump doesn't officially veto the legislation before midnight tonight, July 10.
