WICHITA, Kan. — Custom Cupboards, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Gorectke to the position of Plant Manager for the company’s manufacturing division.
Gorectke will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
“Steve brings an excellent record of leadership and a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to this position,” said Mael Hernandez, President of Custom Cupboards. “I’m confident that Steve will streamline our processes and increase productivity so that we consistently provide a quality, on-time product to our dealers.”
Gorectke earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin before beginning his career as Plant Manager for Norcraft Companies/Mid-Continent Cabinetry. He has since spent more than 20 years in plant, material and operation management for the wood and polyethylene manufacturing industry.
