GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Universal Forest Products Inc., a manufacturer of wood and wood-alternative products, on Oct. 18 announced a semiannual dividend of $0.06 per share, payable Dec. 15, to shareholders of record on Dec. 1. The dividend, approved by the Board of Directors at their Oct. 17 meeting, represents an increase over the semiannual dividend of $0.055 per share paid at this time last year. The company has increased its dividend in each of the past 13 years.
