BLOOMSBURG, PA — Kleerdex Co. LLC, manufacturer of KYDEX thermoplastic sheet, has changed its name to KYDEX LLC, effective immediately. The company’s president, Jim Medalie, made the announcement.

“The name change is part of the natural evolution of our company,” said Medalie. “It allows us to better leverage the strong brand recognition and excellent reputation that our KYDEX sheet product has earned, extending that brand and reputation to represent the company itself.”

The Kleerdex Co. was formed in 1987 and has grown its KYDEX thermoplastic sheet brand worldwide. The KYDEX LLC headquarters and ISO-certified major manufacturing, customer service and R&D facilities will remain in Bloomsburg, PA. The company will also maintain its administrative offices in Mount Laurel, NJ, and Reno, NV.
