Fire hits wood power plant

PORTSMOUTH, NH -- Utility firm Public Service of New Hampshire told local media that the conveyors that deliver wood chips at its Schiller Station caught fire. The generator, installed in 1952, was converted in 2006 to generate 50 megawatts of electricity from clean wood chips.
