DULUTH, GA & GREENSBORO, NC
-- SCM Group North America announced that Delmac Machinery Group will be merged into SCM.
The merger is expected to become fully effective on April 4.

Following a series of acquisitions by SCM Group, in 2006, Casadei Macchine and Delmac Group joined SCM Group. In 2009 Rem joined SCM Group, specializing in CNC working centers for boring and inserting hardware.
