RESTON, VA — Cabinet sales decreased 12.6% in August compared to August 2006, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Assn. Trend of Business Survey. Stock cabinet sales decreased 23%; semi-custom was down 1%; and custom 3.3%.

Additionally, year-to-date sales showed a decrease of 12.8% with stock sales down 20.4%; semi-custom decreased 5.2%; and custom sales down 4.3%.
