WINCHESTER, VA – Cabinetry manufacturer American Woodmark Corp. (NASDAQ: AMWD) promoted Cary Dunston to President and Chief Operating Officer. He assumes the additional responsibility for the finance and information technology functions of the Company.

Dunston had been a Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer since 2012.

"Consolidating the additional support functions of finance and information technology will further enhance our ability to align all aspects of the company in pursuit of the 2019 Vision to set the standard as a world class operation."

American Woodmark operates nine cabinet manufacturing facilities and nine service centers across the U.S. serving Home Depot, Lowe’s and independent construction and remodeling businesses.
