TORONTO — The Wood Manufacturing Council (WMC), a non-profit corporation dedicated to fostering the growth and competitiveness of Canada's advanced wood products manufacturing industry, is set to have a significant presence at the upcoming Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference and Expo (WMS) 2025.

In addition to exhibiting at the event, which runs from November 12-14, 2025, at the Toronto Congress Centre, the WMC will play an important role as a partner on WMS Student Day and the WMS Live Conference.

The WMC's mission is to develop and implement human resources strategies that support the long-term success of the Canadian wood manufacturing sector. This includes a strong focus on attracting youth and under-represented populations to the trades, offering vital training and mentorship programs to help meet the evolving needs of both employees and employers.
