Robohand Invention Helps Carpenter Resume Career

South African carpenter Richard Van As, who lost four fingers in a saw injury, worked with a Washington state designer and 3D printing to construct the Robohand. While Robohand was originally conceived to help Van As resume his career, it is now also being used by about 100 children who were born with birth defects or suffered injuries.
