Available from Stiles Machinery, the Vertongen Profil Compact Kitchen is a CNC moulder with one vertical spindle. The company says many varieties of kitchen cabinet door profile "stickings" can be machined without manual setup between different profiles. The vertical spindle is engineered for stacking tools and the solid steel table and cutout for the vertical spindle profile contribute to exact accuracy, the company adds.

The Kentwood M609X Moulder was introduced in 2006 as Stiles Machinery's very first moulder to the market. Stiles now offers the 15-year anniversary edition, which the company says combines heft and technology, making it an efficient and optimizing workhorse in the shop.

Baillie Lumber offers sapele, readily available in 4/4", 5/4", 6/4", 8/4", 10/4", 12/4" and 16/4" thicknesses. With its consistent reddish/brown color, it's no surprise sapele has evolved to be the primary mahogany species used in the U.S. market, Baillie says. Biesse says its new Rover B FT HD (High Dynamics) CNC router provides top speeds and acceleration in a nesting center. Rockler's Indexing Dado Jig makes multiple dados or grooves with equal spacing. It can be used for producing shoe shelves, dividers, cubbies, drawer organization systems and other items. The jig features a fence that guides the first cut, then rides in that cut to index the next cut. By repeating this process, users can rout as many equally spaced dados or grooves as needed.

Grizzly’s new 10-inch cabinet table saw has a 3-inch rip capacity and a 3-3/16-inch depth of cut. The saw features a digital blade angle readout for dialing in precision bevels. The G0941 also comes with a heavy-duty miter gauge, smooth-gliding rip fence with scale magnifiers, and safety features such as a lockable switch with a large stop paddle, and a quick-release blade guard/spreader assembly.

The iDovetail from Northtech is single-spindle CNC dovetailer with a three-axis system that gives it additional capabilities. iDovetail has eight profile modes that provide options from fixed pitch dovetails to mitered mortise and tenon joinery or even custom profiles such as stair tread returns. It uses a user-friendly Windows-based interface with a built-in animated tutorial.

Holz-Her says its new gantry console CNC, the Epicon 7235, offers precise and repeatable results to medium to large stair, window, door and panel producers. Features of the five-axis Epicon 7235 include: heavy-duty, precise milling on large workpieces up to 300mm high and 1660mm wide; a precision drill head with an infinitely variable speed of up to 6,250 RPM at full torque; and a state-of-the-art software package. The Epicon 7235 is available with a manual positioning, LED positioning or SynchroDrive table.

Made with Thermwood's Cut Ready Cut Center, these cabinets are a large single structure comprised of multiple cabinets, all done with no CNC programming. The cabinet combination feature reduces machine time by 25% to 35% and part count by 50% or higher, all without the need for a programmer or expensive design software, the company adds.

Dust port size is 4 inches, and the blade guard dust port size is 1-1/2 inches.
