Available from Leadermac, the Speedmac moulder, series features the Smartset 100 control system with motorized head positioning by precise ball screws and rotary encoders for accurate and repeatable adjustment.  Programs can be stored in a memory system using a touchscreen control for fast changeovers and reduced downtime.  The Speedmac includes a “Quick Open” feature for quick clearing of breakups, and VFD controls on all spindles to allow the variance of RPM to match the tooling/product and finish required.
