Hoffmann's Beaded Face Frame System combines a RazorGage positioning system with a chop-saw and a Morso notching machine. The system is available in different lengths to accommodate face-frame components up to 14 feet long. According to Hoffmann, the software included with the system enables the operator to lay out an average kitchen with 40 openings, cut all stiles and rails to exact length, and notch and cope all beaded joints perfectly in less than half a day.
