TigerStop's AutoLoader automatic infeed station, an integration for the TigerSaw 2000 saw system, allows for an operator to load five pieces of material at a time. It can also accommodate material from four to 30 feet in length and can be configured with up to seven stations in either three or six foot lengths. It features robust loading capacity allowing each station to load material forward with a weight capacity of up to 100 lbs. Sensors allow the loading station to recognize when material is pressed against the back fence and signals that the material is ready to be processed through the saw. It also features a safety switch and kill line.
