The Unique 3450 Mortise and Tenon Miter Machine features two 8HP HSD router motors. It can machine four parts at a time and includes quick and easy-to-use UMTPro Software, which can be customized for cutting different shapes and sizes. Additional features include cylinder and dual zone clamp bar. The 3450 CNC Mortise and Tenon Miter Machine features Mitsubishi Industrial Controls throughout the machine, says the company. The four zone 3450 accepts pre-moulded material, cuts a 45-degree Miter,  and mortise or tenons the part to produce a hidden joint mitered door, adds the company. The machine utilizes patented high precision ball screws to drive each axis, which enables it to provide an exact tolerance every time, says the company, says Unique. The machine measures 85” wide x 40” deep with a work height of 3’ 1”. Air requirements are 90PSI – 1.5 CFM.
