Burkle's newly developed Robus Spraycoating model range focuses on a modular platform design or a specific air treatment and humidification technology to improve overspray. The systems are capable of UV base coats and top coats, water-based finishing systems, and solvent or water-based staining applications as well as polyurethane dispersions (PUD) for 3D laminating. The RobusEco is equipped with two arms and up to 4+4 guns and features an exhaust air system with ideal air flow in the spray cabinet. It also features a one-time conveyor belt with vacuum table or PVC conveyor belt with coating recovery system and belt cleaning. The RobusPro is used for industrial spray coating and is available with either a rotary system including gun tracking with up to 8+8 guns, or a reciprocating system with up to 6+6 guns. It features fully optimized air streams and an extra-wide conveyor belt to prevent the back of the belt becoming soiled.
