Cefla's Roctre is a high-capacity, two-arm oscillating horizontal spray machine that features two cleaning trolleys to enable non-stop coating even during color changes. A reading barrier is used for precision scanning of the shape of incoming workpieces, and optimizing spraying trajectories and paint consumption. Roctre can be equipped with a two-stage dry filter system or a water curtain filtration system, and is equipped with a patented "Airsphere" air diffusion Plenum that controls the air flow inside the machine. It also features a carbon fiber belt (CFB) conveyor system, and a patented paint recovery system with a counter-turning roller.
