Electric Ray sanders have a low-profile, ergonomic design and feature a Down-Force Overload System that protects the tool from excessive pressure and weight by shutting off. They also offer a Temperature Overheat System that monitors the temperature of the internal electronic systems and will shut down tool until it is cool enough to prevent internal damage. The dust-free sanders have three operational speeds: 4,000, 7,000 and 9,000 RPM.
