Hermance Machine Company and Highland Automation have developed a high speed robotic line loading cell.  The proprietary programming allows for the just-in-time loading of different size parts, optimizing the positioning of the parts for maximum throughput.  There are capabilities of spreading the parts out with the desired separation for finishing line applications as well as optimized line loading for sanding applications to ensure even belt wear.
