South-Tek Solutions STSD & STSP Series Direct Drive Screw Compressors

Available in fixed or variable speed configurations, the STSD & STSP Series compressors range from 15–600 hp and 100–218 PSI. The compressors utilize a single-stage, oil-lubricated screw block and feature an AKG air-cooled aftercooler. Models 75 kW and above include maintenance-friendly enhancements such as:

• Hinged coolers for easy access and cleaning
• External zerk fittings for motor lubrication
• Radial fans for efficient air and oil cooling with reduced noise are also controlled by an inverter.

Other features include:

• Class F insulated motors (IP55) with IE3/IE4 efficiency ratings
• Direct drive system using an Omega coupling
• CE and UL-compliant electrical panels
• LCD control panel displaying operating parameters, maintenance alerts, and component service intervals
