CabWriter Cabinet Design Software is releasing a version 2.0 for CabWriter Pro, CabWriter Home, and CabWriter CNC. As an extension, CabWriter builds on the 3D modeling capability of SketchUp and adds parametric cabinet design and drawing, advanced cut list capabilities, professional shop drawing generation, and CNC integration. It features Story Stick technology for placement of cabinets drawn exactly to the user’s specifications, and offers new carcass construction methods and more choices for door, drawer front, and panel construction. With CabWriter CNC, users can export DXF files for plywood parts to import into a selected CAM software.
