SNX Technologies' made-in-Minnesota nVision System1 G3 contour edgebander is designed to be so easy to operate that operaters can be trained in less than two days. It's capable of edgebanding parts up to 5 ft x 10 ft and from 0.5 in. to 2.25 in. thick, applying edgebanding from 0.5mm to 3mm wide. The machine can support a 230-lb part; and is designed to be easy to adjust for consistent, tight butt joints.
