SCM's new Stefani kd offers continuous production, versatility, and exclusive solutions for high quality machining operations and for companies who need to produce a large quantity of different types of panels. Featuring a special spreading roller, the machine has an ideal glue line with the "SGP" glue pot, and the anti-adherent plasma treatment allows for the use of EVA and Polyurethane glues. AirFusion technology ensures the joint between the edge and the panel is invisible when edgebanding without glue. The stefani kd features fully automatic multiedge operating units that allow set up for machining edges with two different radii up to 12 mm thickness. The machine also features StarTouch control and a 12 in. touch screen display.
