Drilling, routing, and grooving
The Homag Drillteq D-510 platform is based on traditional horizontal bore and dowel insertion, but it incorporates vertical drilling, as well as both horizontal and vertical routing and grooving into a single machine. It is designed to offer the flexibility to horizontally drill and insert dowels, vertically drill for Cam, Rafix style fittings, as well as Euro hinges. The machine also can rout both vertically and horizontally to machine for hidden fasteners, concealed hinges, as well as groove, drill, and dowel insert for five-piece TFL doors.
