Double-end tenoner

MB Machinery's double-sided edge shaping machine, ROBA Fusion, is developed for the milling of edges of furniture and interior doors. Designed to be short and compact, the machine boasts “lot size one” production, which the company says allows for four-sided edge shaping. It features servo-controlled and dynamic axis movements for high-part throughput, laser-based part measurement that automatically moves milling units into position, two six-space tool changers, and two 11KW HSK63 high-performance spindles. It also features a high-precision granite block aggregate carrier, freely programmable milling speed, and jump control of the spindles to ensure tear-free milling of the door corners in the end grain area.
