SNX nVision C1.5 series contour (curved) edgebanders. The C1.5 was specifically designed for open-ended and tight inside radii parts. The unit has a new  PLC interface, It is capable of edgebanding and trimming a 7/16” inside radius. It featues 20,000 rpm ER20 collet-type spindles (top/bottom), an articulating vacuum support arm. It bands and trims open-ended parts up to 8’, can apply .5 mm – 3 mm thick edgebanding, and can edgeband and trim parts up to 60 mm high. It uses standard EVA hotmelt glue.
