Biesse says its new Ray Force CNC contour edgebanding system is the first system in the industry that combines near-infrared rays (NIR) and CNC contouring edgebanding for invisible glue lines. Designed for the Biesse Rover B, A, and C Edge machines, the removable contour edgebanding unit allows the Ray Force technology to fuse a reactive layer of edgebanding material with NIR. The company says it's the only machine that can switch from Ray Force to traditional EVA or PUR edgebanding and features fast setup, lower energy consumption, and reduced labor.
