Scm  introduces the Routech Accord FX Line. The Accord FX range of CNC machines offers a complete set of solutions for the production of door, windows, stairs, millwork and furniture, says the company. A mobile bridge provides maximum precision and rigidity with ample Z axis stroke and clearance with multiple machining area options starting from a 4’ x 10’ and increasing to a 7’ x 20’ bed. The tool magazines, positioned on the machining frame allow tool changes in masked time or when positioned on the mobile frame can hold up to 48 large tools with tool changes in 5 seconds using the “Mach 5” shuttle. The worktable is available with multiple options, including the aluminum multi-function table or heavy-duty pod and rail system. The pod and rail offers multiple innovative and reliable hold down options for each application. The “Matic” version sets up in seconds, says Scm, and each pod/clamp/rail has its own motor.  The Accord FX offers a wide range of electro-spindles, with 4 axes or 5 axes, with high torque or high speed, with HSK 63 F or HSK 63 E fitting, all designed and made by Scm Group.
