The Union Tool Corp. offers hot melt roller coaters to cover applications from 6” to 120”.  These hot melt roller coaters can use hot melt adhesives (PUR, PSA, EVA) as easily as water-based adhesives, says the company, and can be applied to a variety of substrates including wood, foam, plastic and steel.  Applications include table and counter tops, office partitions, door panels, entry and garage doors, RV wall, ceiling and floor panels.  Union Tool said  the heated roll design ensures a consistent, precision-controlled adhesive temperature and the hot oil heater located under the coating area saves valuable floor space.
