Bostik Inc. introduces Climb, a one-component, easy gunning, non-sag adhesive specifically formulated for hardwood flooring, planks and blocks on interior, above-grade walls and installation of stair tread caps. While it cures quickly to form a tenacious bond to wood, it is designed to not bond with most finishes making it easy to remove. Climb's elasticity allows the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature and its green grab (grab strength while wet) can make it ideal for any vertical application in addition to tread caps and risers. With 0 percent solvents, low VOC, and low odor, Climb can help reduce stair squeaking and minimize the sound of footsteps on stairs and can remain tough yet flexible for the life of the installation.
