The Union Tool Corporation offers hot melt roller coaters to cover applications from 6” to 120”.  The hot melt roller coaters can use hot melt adhesives (PUR, PSA, EVA) as easily as water-based adhesives , says the company, and can be applied to a variety of substrates including wood, foam, plastic and steel.  Applications include table and counter tops, office partitions, door panels, entry and garage doors, RV wall, ceiling and floor panels.
