RTA system for face-frame & full-access cabinetry

Cabinotch says its RTA system for face-frame and full-access cabinetry saves hours of panel purchasing, configuring, and processing time. The company uses state-of-the-art CNC machinery to manufacture the custom boxes to within 1/1000th of an inch specifications. No clamping is required; the full access boxes use Lamello P-14 clip assembly and the face frames use glue and staple assembly. American-made formaldehyde-free PureBond® hardwood plywood is used for the RTA cabinet components. The customizable face frames and interiors also are available in eight species: alder, cherry, hickory, hard maple, red oak, walnut, soft maple and white oak.
