AXYZ Automation's AXYZ Series is a compact, multi-purpose CNC router that offers a wide choice of process areas, head configurations, tooling, and productivity options. The frame is available in a variety of standard and custom lengths, and the company says the full-sized machine is able to process all types of wood, plastic, and metal.

Better Vacuum Cups offers a 1-in. vacuum cup for pod and rail and flat table CNC machines. Now available in 48mm and 74mm heights, the company says they are ideal to use when machining solid wood cabinetry doors or for smaller parts that are done by hand.

DC Distributing offers edgebanding to match Formica’s new Microdot and Plex finishes. Stocking GREENGUARD-certified edgebanding in rigid and flexible material up to 3mm in thickness and in widths up 1-5/8 in., the company says it is always updating and expanding its inventory to meet the edgebanding needs of customers.

Maksiwa International's new BMS.3200.IR Black Edition sliding table panel saw is available in single phase or three phase options. The company says the saw is designed to provide an excellent finish when cutting MDF panels and is easy to adjust and operate. It features a blade tilt of zero to 45 degrees with a digital indicator to facilitate precision cuts and the reinforced structure of the saw can support whole panels with a one-inch thickness. It also features a scoring axis, two independent motors, and aluminum precision guides.

Castaly says its new Rapid Series 408LN-8R CNC is built with versatility and operation in mind. It features a stress-relieved and heat-treated frame, an industrial grade DPS controller with LCD display module, a 12 HP router spindle, and an eight-position linear automatic tool changer. It also features 850W servo drives, dual motors, and a 51- by 98-inch phenolic matrix grid vacuum table.

Kaeser Compressors has expanded its screw blower product line to include the new CBS packages. This series delivers 93 to 448 cfm and pressures up to 15 psig. Kaeser screw blowers are designed for low pressure applications where energy efficiency is critical. The CBS series blowers feature Sigma Profile airend and high efficiency gear drive technology and are available in both STC (wye-delta start) and SFC (variable frequency drive).

Holz-Her’s Evolution offers a new door milling/cutting package. The door package enables the complete processing of door blades up to a maximum thickness of 70 mm. The supplied 16 mm diameter end milling cutter allows a milling depth of up to 115 mm and the hinge side and the lock side are machined in two set-ups.

SCM's accord 42 fx is a CNC machining center that can process doors, windows, stairs, and solid wood elements and is operated by Maestro CNC software. It features a new alternating twin machining head that consists of two routing units each with its own independent Y- and Z-axes, and a fully automated Matic worktable with a direct transmission system and independent drive units. With a tool capacity of up to 76 pockets, the machine also features a 21 kW electrospindle for high stock removals, a coaxial deflector positioned directly on the machine, and 350mm diameter saw-blades for thick elements.

Castaly offers the Edura line of 3mm corner-rounding edgebanders. Running at speeds up to 60 FPM, the Endura edgebanders come standard with a gluing station, an automatic tape feed and pressure wheel station, dual end-trimming motors, fine top and bottom trimming motors, top and bottom corner-rounding motors, a scrapping station, and two polishing wheels. They can also be equipped with a pre-mill station, an additional set of rough top and bottom trimming motors, and dual top and bottom grooving motors.

Available from Atlantic Machinery, Fravol's new entry level machine, the Master M200-23, offers a mix of solutions, applications, and technologies in just under 10 feet. It features multiprofile units for rapid set-up, color touch screen, PLC electronic control, and a Syncro Plus corner rounding unit. They can process thin tape, 3mm PVC, HPL, aluminum and solid wood strips up to 16mm thick.
