Clear gorilla glue as coating?

So I really love to work with pine I love the natural, light tones. The problem I have with coatings is that it yellows it. So I'm working on a new project and it's a big one. While using clear gorilla glue to bind two wood pieces together I noticed the nice, clear finish it gave the wood, and no yellowing to boot. I've never had a product do this to pine. There's always that yellowing that I don't like but the clear gorilla glue just brought out the grain and left the natural tone of the wood.
