USA Millwork changes names of all subsidiaries

DENVER - In an effort to unify, consolidated architectural millwork leader USA Millwork has changed the name of all five of its subsidiaries. 
 
Here are the new names:
 
  • Cabinets by Design LLC is now USA Millwork Atlanta
  • Freelance Enterprises LLC is now USA Millwork Denver
  • Interior Building Systems is now USA Millwork DC
  • O'Keefe is now USA Millwork Great Lakes
  • Mission Bell is now USA Millwork Mission Bell
USA Millwork was founded in 2017 with the purchase of four regional leaders in millwork and casegoods. The consolidated company provides planning-to-completion services for complex, large-scale projects across the country in a variety of industries including corporate, healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, government, retail and multi-family. 
 
In 2019 the architectural millwork conglomerate got even bigger, with the acquisition of Mission Bell, an architectural millwork manufacturer based in California. Mission Bell CEO Glenn Ripley joined USA Millwork as president. He now co-leads the company alongside CEO Patrick Dickinson.
 
USA Millwork's combined manufacturing footprint is nearly 400,000 square feet. It employs around 350. The company has created custom design work for companies such as Google, Coors Field, Kaiser Permanente, British Petroleum, Georgetown University, International Monetary Fund, Amazon, Cinemark, and Ritz-Carlton.
 
The company is part of the WOOD 100.
