Trex adds 500 new jobs to Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Trex Company Manufacturing, a global composite decking company, finishes construction on its new production facility in Little Rock. The move is expected to bring 500 new jobs to the capital.

Trex held a 'topping out' ceremony Thursday morning to celebrate the new facility, not far from the Little Rock airport.

Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Little Rock city officials were there to mark the occasion.

“Trex did it again here at the Port of Little Rock. Where others saw 300 acres of empty land, they saw the opportunity to build a factory serving this entire part of the country," says Sanders.
