GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Steelcase Inc. acquired Softcare Innovations Inc., a privately held manufacturer of healthcare furnishings, with headquarters in Waterloo, ON. Steelcase also acquired DJRT Mfg. Inc., Softcare’s sister company in Waterloo.
