BRISTOL, Ind. — MJB Wood Group LLC, a major wood products provider, announced a Letter of Intent to acquire Adornus Cabinetry LLC, a prominent supplier and distributor of frameless kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
This strategic acquisition enhances MJB’s portfolio by integrating Adornus’ expertise in ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry, aligning with the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and growth in the cabinetry and woodworking industries.
The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of June 2025, pending customary approvals. No further details on the deal were released. MJB Wood Products is an FDMC 300-listed company, ranking #26 on the list of top North American wood products manufacturers.
