Midwest Automation continues with panel laminating business

MINNEAPOLIS -- Midwest Automation announced that the parent company of Evans Machinery Co. and Ritter Machinery Co., Balanced Enterprise Solutions LLC, acquired the kitchen countertop division of Midwest Automation and will be known moving forward as Evans Midwest.

It is important to note that Midwest Automation has retained ownership of its panel laminating division including machines and systems for woodworking, doors, composite panels, SIP (structural insulated panels), aviation, RV and transportation markets, and all related parts and service, according to a message from the company.

Midwest Automation, a manufacturer of industrial machinery since 1959, will continue to engineer and manufacture machines and systems for the expanding woodworking, composites, and metalworking industries. See http://midwestautomation.com.
