Microvellum launches CAD Toolbox subscription service

CENTRAL POINT, Ore. — Microvellum has announced that CAD Toolbox, an AutoCAD-based software package and part of the broader Toolbox suite, is now available through an annual subscription.

CAD Toolbox is designed specifically for professionals involved in the production of architectural submittal drawings and shop drawings, offering a streamlined and efficient solution for both residential and commercial projects.

CAD Toolbox is the foundational package in the Toolbox suite, which also includes MFG Toolbox and CNC Toolbox. Designed specifically for drafters and designers, CAD Toolbox streamlines and automates the creation of precise 3D room layouts, as well as detailed 2D plan views, elevations, and section drawings for a wide range of projects, including kitchens, closets, hotels, schools, store fit-outs, and other installations requiring standard or custom cabinetry or wood products. Although CAD Toolbox is built on AutoCAD technology, it operates independently without the need for a separate AutoCAD license.

The suite features comprehensive drawing and modeling tools. CAD Toolbox offers full access to essential 2D and 3D tools like drawing, editing, annotation, and rendering. It also includes advanced controls for automated dimensioning and detailing, allowing users to create production-ready drawings quickly and accurately.

A parametric product library can integrate and customize projects with a versatile library that includes frameless cabinetry, fixtures, countertops, and diewalls. Expand your capabilities by importing product libraries from clients or adding elements like face frame cabinetry, closets, office furniture, staircases, and toilet partitions.

Easy subscription access of CAD Toolbox is available for purchase directly from Microvellum's website. The annual subscription offers full access to all features and updates, providing the tools you need to stay ahead in your field, with flexible payment options to suit your needs.

Introductory rates are available through January 1, 2025.
