LP Building Solutions' Siding segment posted record revenue during the third quarter.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — LP Building Solutions reported consolidated net sales for the third quarter of $722 million, a decrease of $6 million or 1% compared to the same period for 2023.

An $82 million decrease in LP’s oriented strand board revenue to $253 million was largely offset by record Siding segment revenue which increased $76 million or 22 percent to $420 million.

"LP’s teams executed our strategy to drive growth, margin, specialization, and efficiency in the third quarter,” said LP Chairperson and CEO Brad Southern. “As a result, the Siding segment set new records for net sales and Adjusted EBITDA, and the OSB segment delivered a solid quarter in a challenging price environment with operational efficiency, cost control, and outstanding safety.”
