AUSTIN, Texas — Innergy, a provider of ERP and design software for custom millwork and cabinetry manufacturers, has acquired Archetype, a leading provider of outsourced drafting and shop drawing services for the woodworking industry.

Archetype joins Innergy to provide a single, integrated platform addressing the industry's most chronic operational bottleneck: drafting and engineering capacity. With the acquisition, Innergy will offer drafting services, a new offering that brings expert drafting capacity directly into the workflow of cabinet shops and millwork manufacturers worldwide.

The company's 220 highly skilled employees produce production-ready 2D and 3D shop drawings, parametric models, and engineering deliverables for cabinet shops and millwork manufacturers. Innergy customers in an early-adopter program have been receiving shop drawings since 2025, with strong results.
