Illinois custom woodworking company files Chapter 11

BELVIDERE, Ill. — Vanguard Custom Woodwork, doing business as Valley Custom Woodworking, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy relief on March 17.

According to the court filing, the company plans to continue operating while it restructures under court supervision.

According to Valley Custom Woodworking’s website, the company’s manufacturing capabilities range from large-scale commercial casework through “opulent residential millwork.”
