HOQUIAM, WA -- Hoquiam Plywood shut down operations recently putting about 100 people out of work.
A company spokesman told KXRO radio that company officials would meet soon to determine if and when the mill might reopen.
The mill's fortunes reportedly have been dampened by the sluggish housing market and weakening Canadian dollar, which has impacted its exports across the border.
