CHARLESTON, S.C. — EP Group (EPG), a family-owned business operating group, announced acquisition of Morgan Wood Products, a wood pallet manufacturer based in Columbus, Ohio.

Morgan Wood Products provides a mix of new, used, and combination wood pallets of all sizes to customers across the country. The sale was announced July 3. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“Our family culture and history is important to me and something I was looking for in a partner,” said Luke Reinstetle, CEO of Morgan Wood Products. “The people at EPG reminded me a lot of our own team. I am looking forward to accelerating the growth of the company with the combination of skills and resources from both of our teams."

"We are pleased to add Morgan Wood to our portfolio of companies,” said Terry Hurley, president and CEO of EP Group. “Luke and his team have built a vibrant business that is ready to grow and expand and we are excited to move into the future together."
