LAVAL, QUEBEC -- 20-20 Technologies Inc., a computer-aided design company, signed a deal to acquire Pattern Systems International Inc. (PSI) of Mount Arlington, NJ, according to The Canadian Press. Terms of the takeover were not disclosed.
PSI develops software, predominantly for the cabinetmaking, architectural millwork and woodworking industries. It employs 12 people. Its founder, Robert Gowen, will become general manager of 20-20 Pattern Systems, leading efforts to sell to cabinetmakers and woodworkers.
"Following the acquisition, 20-20 will become one of the key providers of integrated cabinetmaker, architectural millwork and woodworking solutions in North America," stated Jean-Francois Grou, president and COO of 20-20.
