LAVAL, QUÉBEC — 20-20 Technologies Inc. announced it has agreed to acquire the Planit Fusion business from Planit Holdings Ltd. for approximately $38 million. 

The transaction, which is supposed to be completed on or before February 8, absorbs 20-20’s largest kitchen and bath software competitor, while strengthening the company’s presence in the European point-of-sale market.
